Accepted by the USDA for food processing plants and can easily be sealed with a food grade adhesive/sealer to inhibit bacteria formation.
Quickly installed over Steel, Concrete, Wood and Grating with either mechanical fasteners, adhesive or a combination.
Withstand the tough sanitation and cleaning at food & beverage processing facilities; the covers exhibit excellent anti-corrosion properties and withstand high pressure alkaline power washing.
Field proven in a variety of temperatures, from cold storage and freezer units to high heat baking areas.
Available with a base construction of Stainless Steel; lightweight, corrosion resistant Pultruded FRP (Fiberglass) or Peel-and-Stick Vinyl.
Standard sizes available as well as custom sized Antislip Covers fabricated to customer specifications.
Variety of color options including Photoluminescent ”Glow-in-the-Dark“ to provide egress during power failures.
Six levels of aggregate to address any application: From Extra Fine or Super Fine for office, locker and shower areas, to Coarse and Extra Coarse when food, oil, mud, water or snow are introduced to the walking surface.
All Safeguard® Antislip Covers exceed OSHA and ADA Coefficient of Friction standards as tested using the Mark II Model of the Brungraber apparatus.

There is a Safeguard® Antislip Cover for any application:

Step Covers – Designed specifically with a 1“ vertical lip to cover the leading edge of stairs. Available up to 10' long and a maximum depth of 12“ in FRP; 4' long in Stainless Steel with no limit on depth.
Walkway Covers – Flat sheet designed for any area other than Steps or Ladders. Available up to 4' x 8' in FRP and 4' x 4' in Stainless Steel.
Ladder Rung Covers – Designed in either round or channel shape to cover ladder rungs from 3/4“ to 2“ Diameter.
Pipe & Cable Covers – Various designs to provide an Antislip bridge for pedestrian traffic over exposed pipes and cables.
